Our company offers more than one hundred finish families that range from smooth reflective surfaces to textured stone looks, artistic patterns, carved effects and mineral based movement. Every finish is hand applied and shaped through careful layering. Colour is custom mixed for each project, and samples are created so clients can review the exact tone and movement before work begins. Whether the work involves a new construction project, the renovation of an established home or the restoration of damaged plaster, we bring the same careful process to each surface.

Authentic Italian plaster applications

Venetian plaster has a unique character because it is mineral based and becomes part of the wall. It builds through translucent layers that deepen colour and create natural dimensional quality. Venetian Application Inc uses true stone veneer plaster imported from Verona in Italy. This material contains lime and marble powder, giving it strength and breathability.



We offer many classical finishes that suit both traditional and modern interiors. Smooth Marmorino is known for its calm movement and soft glow. Marmorino Two provides a slightly different mineral structure that produces a refined surface with a quiet sense of depth. Veneziano is a polished finish that reveals clarity and shine, often used in formal rooms or feature spaces where light enhances the surface. These finishes can be created in a wide range of colours, from quiet neutrals to deep rich tones.

Textured and sculptural plaster finishes

Many projects require finishes with more texture or architectural presence. Venetian Application Inc offers Travertino, Pietra, Pesto and Romano, each of which produces stone like qualities. Travertino allows the creation of gentle pitting and movement that resembles natural travertine stone. Pietra offers more defined texture that resembles aged carved stone. Pesto and Romano introduce granular surfaces that hold light differently, bringing a grounded feeling to walls and larger spaces.



Other textured systems such as Lugano, Mantovano, Liberty, Arredo and Aquarello provide artistic range. These materials allow subtle texture, light pattern or layered depth. Because each finish responds to hand pressure and movement, the results are unique to the space. Clients often use these finishes to create contrast between smooth architectural elements and textured focal areas.

Metallic and specialty plaster finishes

Venetian Application Inc also provides metallic plaster finishes that bring reflective qualities to walls and ceilings. Metallo is one of the most known metallic systems, offering subtle reflectivity or more defined shine depending on application style. Metallic finishes work well in entry spaces, dining rooms, feature niches and commercial environments that benefit from controlled light reflection.



Specialty finishes such as Murs D Art and Nova allow artistic expression. These materials can be layered, blended or shaped to produce bold visual statements. They are often selected for hospitality spaces, offices or residential rooms where the client wants a surface with individuality and character. These finishes support creative direction while still maintaining the mineral based strength of Italian plaster.

American Clay finishes

In addition to Italian plaster, Venetian Application Inc provides American Clay finishes. American Clay is a natural earth based plaster created from clay, sand and pigments. It produces soft movement and gentle texture well suited for natural and warm interior design styles. American Clay is appreciated for its tactile quality and breathable nature. It works well in bedrooms, living spaces and other areas where a calm environment is desired. Dean applies American Clay with the same attention to detail used in Italian plaster systems.

Restoration and repair of decorative plaster

Restoration is an important part of our work. Many homes and commercial spaces have existing Venetian plaster or textured finishes that have become damaged over time. Restoring these surfaces requires more than patching. The artisan must understand the original material, the colour tone, the movement created by the trowel and the finish sheen. Venetian Application Inc studies these characteristics carefully before beginning any repair.



Repairs may include colour adjustments, texture reconstruction or full area blending. In many cases the repaired section becomes nearly impossible to detect once the work is complete. Restoration also applies to exterior smooth troweled stucco, which can fade or crack over time. We return these surfaces to a clean uniform appearance without changing the original character of the building.

How Venetian Application Inc approaches each project

Each service begins with a consultation. Dean learns about the architecture, the design goals and the lighting conditions of the space. Finishes are recommended based on these details, along with the intended use of the room. A custom sample is then created in the colour and material selected for the project. This step allows the client to confirm the direction before application begins.



During application we move through controlled stages. Each coat is applied with intention, allowed to develop and then shaped according to the selected finish. Some finishes require compression to develop sheen, while others require light texture work to create dimension. Protection of surrounding surfaces and clear communication are maintained throughout the process.
